This year marks Wales Interactive 10 year anniversary! Wow, that’s flown by and we’ve achieved so much since being founded back in 2012.
We’ve released 26 titles, had over 5 Million downloads, 100 Million views and 150 award nominations. The team have been pivotal to that success and part our anniversary celebrations was recognising all the team members who have contributed over years and also spotlighting the individuals who'd be been with us right from the very start. Those original core team members were presented with a Wales Interactive 10 Years' Outstanding Service Award trophy and champagne as a big thankyou to their loyalty and all the great work they've done in that time. It’s been quite a journey over those years as a start-up trying survive, building an identity and fanbase from zero in the very competitive global games market. But its testament to our hard work, skill and determination that we haven't just survived but become a very experienced and internationally successful game development and publishing company that’s thriving. We have built and nurtured a very talented team that can compete with some the best in world and we continually punch well above our modest size. Wi team really still love making games & interactive movies and we really enjoy collaborating with some of the most talented development partners around the world to create some of the finest multi-platform interactive entertainment gaming titles around. So long may that continue and here's to the next 10!!
