Hazard Levels Release Date Trailer & Demo
Thank you to everyone who tuned into the Horror Game Awards Halloween Showcase! As you may have seen, we've just announced that Hazard Levels will launch in full on 12 November 2026 for Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Players won’t have to wait until November. Alongside Steam Early Access, a free demo launches today across Steam and PS5, with a major updated demo on Xbox Series X|S, giving new recruits their first chance to enter the rifts ahead of the full release.
EARLY ACCESS HAS CHANGED A LOT
Since entering Steam Early Access earlier this year, Hazard Levels has grown substantially through regular updates, player feedback and major new features.
New enemies, procedural trap rooms, challenges, player progression, equipment upgrades, power-ups, weapons and an entire Aquarium facility expansion are among the additions already introduced.
Most importantly, Brewdragon’s secret brewery is now open for business.
The expanded brewing system gives the ingredients collected during each Crawl a much bigger purpose. Back at The Fox Hole Arms, players can uncover the hidden brewery and use the Brewing Station to research recipes, fulfil orders and turn their otherworldly haul into dozens of experimental cocktails.
Some drinks provide useful abilities. Others are slightly less sensible.
Brewing now sits at the heart of the Hazard Levels loop: enter the rifts, recover ingredients, make it home alive and discover what questionable concoctions The Family can create next.
There’s plenty more that has changed during Early Access, and Wales Interactive will be taking a closer look at the road to 1.0 ahead of launch.
