We are looking for a creative energetic Social Media Associate to join our friendly team for a number of projects and campaigns including; working within current strategies, help develop new strategies for upcoming projects and games, communicating with our inquisitive community, engaging withing the game development community and have an insight and interest in the future of the game world.
You must be able to work independently at times and collaboratively with a diverse team when necessary.
The Social Media Associate position is full time.
About the Role
As a social media Associate, you’ll be heavily involved in developing, managing and executing social media strategies in collaboration with colleagues and at times individually. You must the ability to see the bigger picture strategy in relation to maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
Your key responsibilities may include:
Generate engagement through social media using both paid and organic methods
Develop & assist all social media platforms
Create, develop, and manage new campaigns
Analyse & measure marketing performance
Work alongside the creative team to develop new ideas
Be able to adhere to strict schedules and work to tight deadlines
Have strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to use social media tools
Requirements
Previous experience within a Social Media role is essential
Intimate experience inside of all social media platforms
Experience of using Facebook Ads Manager is essential
Be able to analyse performance of campaigns
Be creative and proactive in generating ideas
Flexible and adaptable to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects etc.
Adhering to a strategic content plan
To be able to work individually and as part of a team
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise work
Commercially aware
